True self-care is community care
As mental health providers working in stressful times, we are particularly vulnerable to high levels of exhaustion, frustration, and even numbness… otherwise known as burnout.
At Safe Haven, we are passionate about healing burnout and helping therapists recover from depletion. We intentionally integrate these healing elements into all of our supervision, coaching, and training services:
- Building connections and peer support in the therapy community
- Playful creativity
- Support in identifying new solutions or strategies
- Mentorship
